Just imagine how the world would be if each individual did not have the ability to communicate with anyone. Everyone continues to live their life, but without communication. Interactions would be hindered and information planning would come to a halt. Communication is essential to everyday living. This is how interactions happen. Without interaction, what benefits are there? Businesses and organizations need it to better their prestige. Most importantly governments need to communication skills the most. Communicatory utilit y is defined as the anticipated usefulness of information for future informal interaction with family, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances . In one of the first studies done by John Riley and Matilda Riley, it was reported that children who were well integrated into the peer group listened to action-adventure radio shows because the stories gave them ideas for group activities .
